Nadyezhda Taylor, B.S.
Nadyezhda (Nadinka) Taylor is a second-year doctoral student at Texas Tech. She's from Reston, VA, in the DC area. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minors in Adaptive Brain and Behavior, and Integrative Health and Wellness.
At Virginia Tech, she was involved in research projects on gratitude expressions, diffusion of responsibility, and prosocial outcomes. She also worked as a lab manager for the Computational Organizational Research Lab (PI Dr. Ivan Hernandez) and as an RA for the Center for Applied Behavior Systems. Her research interests include prosocial behavior and how social-environmental factors affect people's opinions and actions.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games, and photography!

Micha Wolverton, B.A.
Micha Wolverton is a second-year doctoral student at Texas Tech. Her hometown is Arlington, TX, and she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Texas State University.
At Texas State, she was involved in research examining the anxiety of college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her research interests include prosocial behavior, social influence, social cognition, and interpersonal relationships.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and listening to music.

Di Zhang, M.A.
Di Zhang is a first-year doctoral student at Texas Tech. She is from Guizhou, China. She graduated from Southwest University with a Master's in Applied Psychology and from Guizhou University with a Bachelor's in Management.
At Southwest University, she conducted research on social norms and the stereotype content model, particularly examining how descriptive norms influence perceptions of warmth and competence. Her research interests include social norms, group effects, intergroup relations, social cognition, social identity, and social influence.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching movies.

Haesung Jung, Ph.D.
Haesung (Annie; used informally) Jung is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Texas Tech University. Before joining Texas Tech, she was a research associate at the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
She received her PhD in social psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her BA and MA in psychology from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.

Femi Ogunlowo
Femi Ogunlowo is a second-year undergraduate student at Texas Tech University, originally from Nigeria, pursuing a degree in Psychology. Her research interests lie within Clinical Psychology, particularly in the areas of understanding, preventing, and treating psychological difficulties, as well as promoting mental health and overall well-being.
In her free time, Femi enjoys creative and cultural pursuits such as playing the saxophone, maintaining people’s locs, listening to music, and traveling, which allows her to stay balanced and engaged with the world.

Aiden Moody
Aiden Moody is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry at Texas Tech University. Originally from New York City, he plans to attend medical school after graduation. His research interests include Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology, and Personality. Within the Social Context and Behavior Lab, Aiden aims to gain a deeper understanding of the factors shaping human interaction with artificial intelligence.
In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, crocheting, and spending time with his cat.

Brooke Powers is a third-year undergraduate Psychology student from Lubbock, TX minoring in International Studies. She is interested in studying prosocial behavior, social norms, culture, and human-environment interaction and aims to attend graduate school in the future. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and listening to music.

Eakshitha Veeramallu is a first-year undergraduate student at Texas Tech University, majoring in Psychological Sciences. Originally from Plano, TX, she has prior experience working in a microbiology lab and is interested in clinical psychology, health psychology, social norms, and pro-social behavior.In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching shows, and listening to music.

Ojal Maddipati
Ojal Maddipati is a third-year undergraduate student at Texas Tech. She is originally from Houston, TX, and is working on a B.S degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. As an aspiring healthcare worker, her research interests include social psychology, health psychology, group dynamics, and prosocial behavior. She hopes to make an impact through her research experiences by gaining a deeper understanding of group dynamics and the social influences that affect people's behavior in medical settings.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading science fiction, watching foreign films, crocheting, karaoke, and baking.
